TELLMEHOWDOIFEEL by Kalle Mustonen references the iconic pop song Blue Monday by New Order. Constructed out of wood, the installation utilises the eye-catching aesthetics of neon advertising signs, combining a carnival-like appearance with melancholic content.
TELLMEHOWDOIFEEL promises to unleash a jukebox in the heads of those who grew up in the 1980s and ‘90s, while others will be inspired in other ways. In addition to the physical light installation, the work will lead a life of its own on Instagram.
The installation previously featured at the Flow Festival 2016 in Helsinki.
