Lucas Maassen, Woody Veneman & Hannibal: The Singing Building

Address: Aleksanterinkatu 22 (Entrance)

Dutch artists Lucas Maassen and Woody Veneman like to give a voice to buildings. The Singing Building can be found in the historical Tori Quarters throughout the festival. The building features a mouth that is projected onto the façade performing a rap.

Finnish rap artist Hannibal has leant his voice to the installation. The original Dutch-language installation has delighted audiences at local light festivals in the Netherlands. Maassen and Veneman have also created rapping chairs.
